Bully Xxx Pinky I Am Being Bullied By My Awful Boss. What Legal Steps Can I Take?

I am being bullied by my awful boss. What legal steps can I take? - bully xxx pinky

I work in a shop. Pound World. She threatened to dismiss employees constantly brought home shouting and screaming at employees and customers, people from the past and simply do not understand why customers leave. A new girl abandoned recently because I was really afraid of her. I feel bad when I know that I am to go to work, it is so bad. Union wrote to me about it because I can not help much longer. It is a nightmare. xxx

You have the right to go to his head on his performance and his behavior toward customers. But be prepared for some kind of retaliation from him if he learns. During the shooting as retaliation ID illegal, there are many types that make your job a hell if she wants.

You also have the right to leave his job, and you will find a new one. But remember that the economy is in the bathroom, and it is very, very difficult to find a new job. Meanwhile, there will always be people lining up to take his old job, and be very happy to endure the abuse until they get a paycheck.

Essentially these are the only legal rights you have.

If you have a union, you have a contract. Read the contract. Details about the rights, responsibilities and resources of each party. If you are not really a contract, no law requires that the heads of employees to be polite. Instead, it is a choice that many bosses do, because it's good for business. Others believe that employees should be abused. It is a business decision, and you, the customer may choose to do business with this person

To terminate his only "legal" action.

If your boss is not the company, you can file a complaint (anonymously) to your boss and file all details (of the abuse and said that the customer's business, because to leave him, and ask that they send someone ( let them know without him first), to observe their behavior).

Perhaps the Union can apply for observed behavior.

In every workplace needs discipline and complaints procedures. What she does is not justified and whether she knows the company opened a case of unfair dismissal.

Nobody has the right to make you feel like you do now, if there is a relationship that is with him, why should it now.

I want your job the best of his ability not to this discussion with her and can lead to an argument, but I want to get into his office. Please note that you are the fair! Good luck.
