Do you think I should buy a home closer to where I work, or in a better neighborhood ? - digital home telephones

As you know, I do. Here are the pros and cons. In the area closest to my work (10-15 minutes), schools are not so great (I have a daughter) 2 years, but is closer to my work, and are equipped with telephone, TV Digital Cable Internet and something like $ 15 , 00 per month for three. The area has more and better schools and neighborhoods are a little nicer, but it's like 45 minutes each way and do not receive benefits, but the houses are beautiful.
