Where can i get concrete form (mold) catalogs? - concrete molds for bath tubs

I had to search the Internet for a place, a set of concrete forms, and had no luck. Does anybody know where I can find one. I am looking for tools for ducks, squirrels, turtles, benches, bird baths, something like that.
